We have packages for one on one, team training and GROUP TRAINING Our group training courses are very affordable and give you the accountability and focus to succeed. Prozone owner Terry Jones has over 30 years in the fitness industry and is committed to your success. Terry has been a group exercise leader and personal trainer for 25 years. She has a variety of certifications from NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SPORTS MEDICINE, American Council on Exercise, National Council of Certified Personal Trainers, and is an Examiner for Aerobic and Fitness Association of America as well as maintaining a certification from this association as well.
Prozone utilizes a whole toolbox of techniques for a variety of fitness goals. Many of our equipment tools you may have never experienced before in a fitness program.
